Well....lets just say DIRTY JAKE is a lil "remiss" shall we say.... in keeping the ole NV SOS site "up to date and accurate" and "jibing" with them there ole SEC FILINGS..... LOL !!!

I'll find um in a bit - but SEVERAL "SEC FILINGS" which for a SEC FILER trump-card any NV SOS BS Jake posts:

In filings Lil Jake says... "ONE EMPLOYEE" ....(dat be Gangsta Jake aka The Naples Kid) and he and the "Board" sign filings identifying Lil Jake as CEO, CFO, President, Bottle Washer and Chief Janitor and crapper cleaner....and their "address" is the law offices of "BANG DING OW WE SUE YU MUCH PLC"...... LOL :)))

This one's a shit show.....that mucho is fa sure LOL !!

And yes - DIRTY JAKE is..... "different"..... to put it mildly :))
