What da f...k who keep wacking bid? MM GTSM sellers. They are everywhere. Most of my penny and sub penny plays that move up are then held up by these sellers. They often offer the best sell price with volume. This delays or stops the move up. Crazy that they always have an endless number of shares to offer.
