We have put 108 B as our targeted Assets Under Management by the end of 2025
I will be compensated with 0.25% of AUM achieved....

Technically we cannot write Targeted AUM as we are talking about 19 months to complete the target beginning June 1, 2025.
The reasonable inference to qualify for this additional cash compensation (on the top of 100K pm + 0.25% of Sales Generation) would be achieving $63.14 B in AUM by May 31, 2025 [100B*12 months/19 Months].

Summary Terms:
(1) 1.08 M tokens in each of the 6 verticals (x 1.08 M tokens for every other vertical introduced)
(2) $100,000 Per Month Regular Compensation [Will have option to choose any portion of cash income in tokens at the prevailing market price]
(3) 0.25% of Gross Sale as Sales Compensation upto 648 M in sales per vertical; if Sales exceed $648 M, then 0.33333% compensation over and above $648 M
(4) 0.25% of AUM upto $108 B achievement by Dec 31, 2024 ($63.1579 B pro rated upto May 31, 2025); over and above: 0.33333% of such additional AUM.
