i have only one question, If this CEO has been preparing this company to list for 5 years as the DD heavily suggested, Why is it that the needed Financials look like they were prepared in 5 Minutes. I am a shareholder for months, looked at as much DD as i could see and got excited as did everyone else, but to then get these financials as the Means to introduce the company to the Market in Real terms, IS in my opinion either gross incompetence as demonstrated by an 80% decline in Revenues or Gross mismanagement in regard to No one checking the figures before they were uploaded to the OTC.
As for the, They did it in a rush to keep compliant, C’mon! common sense says a well run company would have anticipated Any and All issues in their plan of action and would have had solutions in place to make sure that the Company arrived onto the OTC looking as good as everyone had promised they would be.
So, for me every bit of DD is now highly suspect.

Standard speech when asked that question: I know you'd prefer a boiler room where you (and others) could practice your con artistry and separate your marks from their money without anyone informing them they're being conned, but it ain't happening. Sorry. And, no, I won't be listening to anybody talking to anybody else on a stinky pink promo channel, whoever they are. You really think the real CEO of a multi-billion dollar Chinese enterprise has the time to sit down with a stock promoter? Seriously? That's absurd, just another red flag that this whole thing is a fairy tale.
