No matter what the situation the date of the trial was set early in the year and there is absolutely no reason to delay the trial longer.

That WE know of.
We just don't know what is being done, discussed, negotiated, strategized.
I can second guess their actions all I want to, but the truth is I just don't know what's best, and Hudnell's team probably does.

To be honest, I'm HOPING for a bit of a delay... August would get me to long term capital gains on a big batch of shares... significant money would be saved.

Regardless, I trust Hudnell and team, and I trust Albright.... he might be known as the Rocket Docket, but in this case, I suspect he is doing his best to make sure there are no reasons they can use for an appeal. I just don't see Albright suddenly becoming wimpy at this point. Seems more likely that the courage and wisdom that made his court the Rocket Docket wouldn't just disappear, but more likely, would lead to great patience and wisdom in knowing how to allow these guys to hang themselves. More exit doors closing in my opinion! Guess time will tell.
