Herein lies the problem. Hong supposedly believes that the company/patents are worth far more. However, Hong is taking none of the risk as he has cashed out over $20M in salary and stock.
You guys were talking about taking $45/share the other day and you would exit your positions. I'd be willing to wager that if $20/share was offered today at closing, you would all jump on it.
