Are MM's are allowed to naked short legally? (hint: yes, they have an exemption)

For Netlist, what you need to prove is collusion. You need to prove that a single or multiple MM's are being paid by Samsung, Google, Micron and/or others to purposefully naked short Netlist. The burden of proof is upon on the claimant.

Occam's razor:
1.) Netlist is being naked shorted by MM's in collusion with "big tech".
2.) Netlist is just a fringe OTC company with no profits and no significant amounts of cash coming its way for at least 18 months (barring a surprise/miracle) and its stock price reflects this.

That is one big problem
but another bigger problem that leads to the first problem, is that there almost ZERO institution ownership.
And those two that are still holding are like us: HODL!
