There are probably others like him. He'd have to be a member of SAG. And probably another union associated with show biz.

If you have certain unionized jobs, joining the union is not a choice. So I imagine there're others who wish they didn't have to join unions, but want to keep on working.

My mother went back to teaching in the '70s, in a unionized school district. She felt a little uncomfortable about joining, but she had to, and was okay with it once she understood how it worked.
