They could always have a special vote and place it before the shareholders.

But I tend to agree with your assessment.

Last time they had a split, they came out with an 8K before the meeting proxy and announced it would be in it.

Now that they’ve come out with the meeting proxy without anything in it regarding a split?

I doubt they’ll have one.
