Prediction:

Samsung Case re: Dec 20/21 - stayed until completion of Patent IPR's/CAFC Appeals. (assuming Netlist is appealing patent invalidation to the CAFC)

Micron Case re: June 10/22 - ditto
(Somewhat confusing is that it says 506 & 339 dropped from the case, but then in the list of patents it brands them as "appealed")
They all need to be appealed to the CAFC.

As usual, chaos rules.
