Totally serious in the fact we have no clue why and what the company pays so much on him (and the other ViaOne “execs”). It’s insane… other than it’s a “good ol’ boy” retirement plan for these guys. To much time pissing away money … and too much time / energy on their shitty race car record.
I would imagine why their private,with no access to financials. And, then they buy a publicly traded company like this to use a slush fund for corporate buddies to enrich themselves on an unsuspecting base. The last filing spoke volumes without generating any volume.
