1. If not filed, this tanks

2. If filed and doesn’t show at least $100m, this tanks

3. $100m - $250m maybe .02

4. $250m - $500m maybe .03 - .05

5. $500m+ anyone’s guess

I'd predict the .22 DD, but it will trigger the same bashing that we can't get above .02
