LADIN got fined and CHAD PAID IT what's up with that ????

Ladin did not get fined. MacKay got fined for what Ladin did during his tenure as CEO and MacKay has to pay that fine as the current CEO. That's the way it works with the SEC.

The SEC or DOJ could go after Ladin but that would be a sepate action not associated with SFLM.

From all available documentation, Ladin is no longer part of or associated with SFLM - no matter what the current bullshit conspiracy theory that is being pushed by some people on this board.

There is so much bad information being spread by some longs here since the bullshit SFLM name conspiracy theory was started.
