They have a $3.2 million dollar hole in their pockets that needs filling

They will run it at many multiples of their warrant price of $3.13

Last ATM run they ran it to $12.80 with a VWAP of $8.06 ❤️

They used an insane amount of wash trading to get the job done…

Let’s see if they use this expected positive 10Q as the catalyst or something else in the near future 🤷‍♂️

In any case they need to cash out at some point and I don’t think they like holding shares in their books by month end !

PS: wonder what Hil will do with that extra $3.2 million dollars he did not need and only did to fix the shareholder equity issue which was caused by his auditors on the 10k per shareholder conference call
