Wolfgang was in the hospital. He had Sepsis and a near death experience. Dont know if he made it or not. I personally believe they will do it. The audits are not completed yet. Sadly. I pray for Mr. Heinl and every one here should too. His 80th birthday was Sunday.

It's a lottery play. I for one was following the Billionaire's and looking forward to Falak working the PSPW shell. It seems they have failed and made many mistakes along the way. I now feel they thru PSPW under the bus and in the back of the pile of projects. It happens a lot in business . Who knows what this year will bring but you are correct with no proof of a reverse merger. All I do know is they have been working on files for the last two years that makes no sense in the timeline. All I want is closure whether we win or not. I'll hang out until year end and write off my losses going into 2025. It's been a great year in the Market with many having strong gains. No one likes to pay taxes on realized gains so PSPW will help that problem. Have a great weekend.
