I don't think it will be late though. I thought *I read a couple weeks ago that they were ready to file the Annual and Q1 and were only prevented from doing so by the lack of OTCIQ access.

I wish they'd just file and end the suspense.

By law you have to sell me all your shares at a 50% discount . 😂.. I don't know but probably a penalty of some what.
