Here is the document we both cited:

You took the section on the first page entitled Identifying Fraudulent Promotional Campaigns put the 'Common characteristics of misleading and manipulative promotion' and then added your own opinions to it. Nowhere is there evidence that this is what the OTC is suggesting. It is only your opinion. Otherwise please cite where the OTC agrees with your suggestions/opinions.

I took the section entitled OTC Markets Group’s Response to Promotion word for word, first two paragraphs, without any comments or opinons of my own, and simply compared what has occured to what has occured this week and it aligns exactly with the OTC response to promotion. IE: how they handle it.

Try and just use facts instead of manipulation.
