I agree w/ this part:

SIRC is not worth my time or effort.

$SIRC has been proven to be a fraudulently-run solar-financing ponzi scheme. There's nothing new happening here that's worth anyone's time or effort imo.

Even for SEC-filers w/ audited financials, the price-action should be included in your analysis:

If it's downtrending despite constant claims of success, you should realize big-money knows something you don't.
