So, now that we see there is a flag lets explore why it is there:

We are working to publicly identify securities that are the subject of stock promotion by placing a “promotion” risk flag next to the stock symbol on our websites, including otcmarkets.com, and our market data feeds. This promotion flag is designed to provide an alert regarding the potential risks associated with trading the security.

So, they add it when there is promotional content. There was promtional content and therefore there is a flag.

TC Markets Group may also request that a company that is subject to promotional activity issue a press release to: (i) identify promotional activity; (ii) confirm information in the promotion or identify misinformation;

They ask that a company generate a PR to identify promotional activity. KBLB generated a PR. They ask them to confirm information from the promotion or identify misinformation. KBLB confirmed the content is accurate in the PR.

Help us all understand your point on pumping this situation as a terrible thing.

It appears that all that is happening is what is supposed to happen. If it is an issue of not generating the PR right away, Again, huge nothingburger
