I'm looking to confirm whether or not Nick Campanella, or anyone associated with Sun Pacific Holding, participated with you in a site visit.



I'm a concerned SNPW shareholder and your name has been mentioned on numerous message boards in association with SNPW and a potential securities fraud investigation.

There are photos posted on these sites that are alleged to be you with Mr. Campanella touring property in your area.

Most troubling is that these photos also appear to be Photoshopped and that SNPW has also missed their SEC filing deadline.
