So for about $250,000 in otc stock they acquired a multi billion dollar Chinese company as the “dd” tells us?

And 1 share of an A series stock Equals 50K common shares right?
My 6th grade math tells me that's 50 BILLION Common shares
And the CEO has only 1 Billion commons?
Am I missing a decimal point somewhere?? WTF
