I do not know her financial situation, so I do not know if she has to sell the shares. None of my business - or anyone else's for that matter.

Like I said. If you were an employee of a company, and you were getting shares at regular intervals, as part of your salary package - at ZERO cost? Would you say to yourself "Oh geez, it won't look good if I sell these shares - I'd better not".

I see what you're saying. But screw that. If they were promised me as part of my salary package, I'd sell them when able to.
