-- any scam manager who thinks they can engage in illegal activity without consequence is sadly mistaken. Granted the bar in OTC is set as low as it can go but it still requires management to go on the record with official filings. But OTC, FINRA, the SEC and DOJ regularly collaborate in prosecuting those who mistakenly think they can promise anything and be magically protected by their safe harbor statements or other disclaimers when those promises fail. This is especially true if there never was a legitimate deal or no hope of one. Lying or making assurances in bad faith can be deemed "theft by deception."

Whether Park has or ever will cross the line remains to be seen.
