It’s what happens when somebody at the OTC Markets Group gets a call from a whiny bitch trying to tattle on a company because they think an ad has crossed a line.

They respond by sending out a form letter saying “check your policy over” and Kim is forced to prove they weren’t trading into the positive promotion.

The offending company then gets forced to remove the offending information. Yet it’s still there. Because it’s factual.

Unfortunately for Kraig Labs, spider silk is so sought after by multiple sectors that any promotion sounds too good to be true.

All Kim did was tweak the letter he sent out the last time the Market group had a cow. Nothing to see here.

Thank you. If it is a clarification as you said then no harm done. I dealt with building inspectors, local good taste committees, building code review boards, fire code review boards, etc., etc., just trying to get buildings approved and there is always someone somewhere with their interpretation of the facts. I wish I had a nickel for every time I had to write a letter that graciously told someone they are full of it without telling them they are full of it. LOL

<< Something in the 24/7 report was borderline pumping when they stated what it might do to the markets which might point to a pump and dump which is illegal. >>

It was more probably fraud viewed as fraud by OTC Markets.
