If you don’t like this stock why do you waste your time on this board? I can’t figure out guys who bitch constantly about a stock. Sell and move the F on.
Never filed quarterlies and were always listed as Pink Limited on OTC. Then a few years after emerging from bankruptcy they announced they were going to NYSE. Probably a very uncommon scenario for most OTC tickers.
