You're not bursting my bubble, I can assure you that. You're clearly ignorant to the actual "rules" pertaining to share price. Find documents with trustworthy sources, don't just spout bull shit.

OTC Markets may consider an exemption to the minimum bid price rule #3) of OTCQB Standards if:
