The CEO mentions "considering existing shareholders." Any shares issued for partnerships would not be deposited with the DTC, so they would be issued as preferred shares or restricted. Any #dilution will thus be mininal, which is very good news.

Makes more sense now. This eliminates the actual transfer of common shares to consumers that earn through consumption. Reward P-shares that can pay cash dividend.
I own a few series of this type of shares ftom other plays.

Excellent post. More than .22 cents valuation not considering additional businesses they may bring in later.
