I would expect Pink Current first then OTCQB later… but I’m not aware of any rules preventing them from going straight to SEC filings with a Form 10. It would be pretty cool if they did.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Look at Mark DiSiena's job description for hahalolo/fbec on his Linkedin page and get back to me. As well as having verified independent directors.. Something required only for QB or QX. Maybe spend some time DD'ing before talking non sense.
