When the SEC Admin Law Judges revoke a public company's stock registration(s) it means the company is thereafter a private company that no longer has a ticker/symbol and where the still existing shares cannot trade on any public market or forum.

For the company to have its stock regain a ticker, ie., IDDR, the company would need to file a new FORM 10 with complete and accurate information for the previous 2 years. That usually does not happen, otherwise the company would not have become so severely delinquent in filing mandatory Financials.
