It may be because you already had a position. I know I tried a few other yields just to test and was not allowed. I did not have any current positions.
Which i'm ok with, I don't like to play with Yield companies. Ever since the SEC dropped the new rules a few years ago, playing 000s and yield/stop pinkies is dangerous. I for once agree with the limitations.
