Wondering if he will file an NT for the Q when he is already 6 weeks late on the K. Filing the K and then being more than 5 days late on the Q will still land us EM. Nothing on Twitter about not filing by yesterday. Probably nothing he can really say at this point. I’ve been in some shit plays but this is right up there.
