Maybe not, But what I do know, since the Shelf belongs to me as a shareholder, is that I would rather use it all up @ $40.00 rather than 20% of it @ $2.38 to pay the monthly bills.

Do we even have a Shelf any more? Or did it Disappear with the TSX?
