I did not notice the address change. However, I DID notice the March date on the late filing form. Perhaps Mansour expected a significant change that GTCH could not bank on reporting correctly by May 15th? I've not seen any PR's regarding significant events. Then again, significant things happen that shareholders hear about after the fact. Not sure what I think!
