It's was delayed twice for 30 days now the delayed it only 20 days. May 20th next Monday!

So they could of satisfied all the necessary paperwork...required to list

We have applied to list our common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “ZENA.” We expect our common stock to begin trading on or about May 20, 2024. If our Nasdaq application is not approved or we otherwise determine that we will not be able to secure the listing of our common stock on Nasdaq, we will not complete this direct listing.
