It seems easy, but it's not. Take Detroit for example.. I've done some work there downtown and the city is beautiful. Six lane wide streets, historic buildings with breathtaking facades, plenty of room for plenty of people but it's more like a ghost town. Why? I don't know but it just is. Vacant high rises line the roads which to me was always kind of sad to see.
If you cross the bridge and go into Windsor, that place is just jumping, alive and well day and night.
