Anyways, since we are talking about the most recent private placement and dates and holidays and all that good stuff trying to figure out when shit has to happen, why is it that August 1 is an exception to the rule in pay dates? It’s not a trading holiday.

Is it because it’s in the middle of summer and everybody’s going to be spending our money on holidays?
