You are beyond pathetic , you say you are here to educate. Lol the facts are there for all to see . The real question is how did all of this transpire . There was a tremendous amount of money that was spent to hire a group of lawyers to restructure and or sell the company with certain stipulations. How do you know for a fact that the creditors owed money weren’t paid after the CCAA . According to certain people that still post publicly post on Linked in something different transpired . I prefer to believe the people that were involved and put their reputation on the line by posting what they experienced.
