I don't think\hope not it was a p&d. They could've actually dumped a lot of shares but that didn't really happen as far as I could tell. The share structure hasn't changed and during the run up to .003 it wasn't a crazy amount of shares sold. So I'm hoping, which is not a great strategy, that they have something cooking or at worst are just slightly incompetent with the filings and nothing nefarious
