The so called businesses are not in the US. Also, scamming frank NEVER mentions how all these crazy acquisitions are being funded. He just issues more shares hoping everyone thinks it's to acquire all of the supposed businesses. HNRC will go to no bid eventually and scamming frank will do this all over again.
