Well I have been thinking about this, the thing about it is that it’s just a mechanism/tool aka medical device. Big pharma still getting a cut being able to inject their expensive meds.

Why would big pharma shut it down? ….

When they could instead buy out the technology for $2 or $3 billion.

Korenko would sell it at a fair price to them, as he is not getting younger.

Zero. If anything, big pharma will offer a buyout after market approval granted or after successful stage 2 completion.
