Shareholders can only patiently await the next pump to cash-in. Hopefully it's big & meaningful.

The perma-pumpers will make excuses, blame everyone but their own lack of judgement, and forget to cash-in when the time arrives because for every massive percentage gain they see, they'll convince themselves a bigger gain is coming.
