Imo, there is some merit to that. Shorts, it seems

have exacted revenge…. By ABSOLUTELY

destroying so many tickers… and it has been

relentless….. thinking of Sofi and any ticker that

announced an offering, no matter how small or

big (which is the whole purpose of the markets)…

Legit nyse/nasdaq stocks in the 1.00 range would

announce small offerings… and months later

those same tickers would be at .10 cents
