Here is an example of a company with a yield sign. They switched management and so the OTC responded with a yield sign.

GDVM has to make owner ship changes ( on paper) to reach minority status. There is simply no way around that. Their 2023 shareholder letter stated they hoped this would be accomplished by end of Q1 2024. So, once minority status is approved I would expect the yield sign to come off shortly after that. Hope this makes sense.
