Correct, that is how I read it but it doesn't mean they will never have one. The way they have this set up in China that customers gets chips that can be turned into shares so they are going to need a lot of share to run that program so I'm thinking if this runs up up into the higher dollars They might have to do a forward split that would bring the share cost down but also gives them more shares to deal with their program...
