Rather than hoping for a sustained spike in the share price so that Yorkville can be paid with shares, I think shareholders should be hoping that the news is a capital raise with funds sufficient to finish exim's due diligence, finish the feasibility study, AND make the first couple of payments with cash to Yorkville while awaiting exims final decision.
Do you really want to be sweating the July 1st deadline with Yorkville having 500k more shares to sell starting June 3rd?
I don't think the conditions for paying Yorkville in 2 weeks with shares are realistically attainable, and have a feeling it's not the outcome the company is hoping for.
