ooops sorry, failed to mention the fact that the Restricted shares are 249,395,896 as of 04/29/2024
the unrestricted are 424,391,850 04/29/2024 so most likely the float is the unrestricted of 424,391,850 shares tradable so no wonder the interest in RONN
