The court (the judge) is not impressed with Blanche. Trump would be at least partly responsible for that, he would have told his lawyers to be as nasty with Daniels as he would be himself. Kirschner also says, Trump lawyers put to Stormy she was making stories up. Do you really believe any jury would believe Trump paid $130,000 to Daniels to stop her making public a story she made up?
