If we win there will be an appeal just like samsung is doing. I believe we will win but I hope they come together and work out a deal before the trial, if that happens it would be huge and Samsung will lose their appeal and Maybe with alittle luck then GOOG would settle. idf all that happens I see a $40. price tag..

That is the most important question! When will NLST see $ from these trials. And I believe the answer is, win or lose NLST doesn't see money for a while. Even if they win everything moving forward, whatever they win will be appealed. That's has to be a 100% guarantee. The infringers do everything imaginable to delay the trials and their results. Of course they'll use the biggest delay tactic they have... the appeal. I believe that's why we sit at a pathetic price. There is no possible near term win. And settlements are almost 100% unlikely as well. Infringers want these patents for pennies on the dollar while Chuck wants the full value he believes they have. That's my take. Been here a while, down a lot, and will just sit and wait it out. Just hope they have funds to keep paying their legal fees and keep improving their tech. Another offering would be painful. But I'll consider buying under $1 should it happen. All this is IMHO.
