the current action is more than a demand letter. it was filed in court and subpoenas issued. they also went to stocktwits, google, wordpress, and 2 to X. my guess is that once jake figures out that his lawyers don't stand a chance in hell, the suit will be withdrawn. if it isn't, it's going to get very expensive for jake.

These are "attorney written/issued" subpoenas - about as good as used toilet paper.

Moreover- JAKE NOCH has 100% "MADE HIMSELF A PUBLIC FIGURE" and that also makes his "claims" needing to meet a MUCH higher bar - as HE brought this shit storm on himself.

This is true for defamation only. He has no claim there whatsoever. He went on pubic record on another board stating his family was the victim of threats as the reason for the subpoena. That makes his statement subject to entry of court evidence. Thus my post below on the matter. He must be fabricating things to manipulate, thus not going through law enforcement.

Very true. Legitimate responsible business people avoid court. And here we have someone seeking out court action after court action. You have no idea how hard I am laughing. For the life of me, I can't figure out why people choose not to work hard and do things the right way. It takes time, but the rewards are far greater. For starters, you have something no amount of money can buy...ability and accomplishment and the respect of others, even the respect of your enemies. Everyone is interested in materialism; money, power, weapons, sex, drugs (try having cancer or a life threatening health problem if you don't they are important), But without the willingness to work hard and learn you are never going to know how to wield these things effectively. I find many people get way too crazy, out of control, and just plain too greedy around materialistic things and I keep them at a distance. Can anyone see him going through security protocols, both public and private, to gain access to or handle anything of real value? What degree of trust has he really earned? The kid has no character and is a clueless ass. If he reads everyone's posts, he'll blame them instead of taking the hint and working for success. Jake uses lawsuits to get close to both people and materialistic things LOL.
