SPZI is currently unaudited and non-reporting, and is following the classic PUMP phase .... the fact that an unaudited/non-reporting stock's pps is rising is due to pumping, not performance. We know nothing about any of these deals, we know nothing about any revenue ... we know nothing except what we can glean about the ethics of those we are entrusting with our money, which is pretty scary given the debts and fraud they have been proven to engage in.
You remember Enron .... Enron's pps was soaring and soaring until the fraud was revealed. There were rumors, of course, and those who brought up their (justified) concerns received the identical treatment from the pumpers-and-true-believers, i.e., the incredible rising of ENRON's pps was proof that everything was legit and ethical and legal and etc.... Until, of course, the fraud was revealed. Ironic, huh?
